Frequently asked questions
What does boreen cost?
€10 per company per month plus 5% of the total order amount for every paid order. Both prices exclude VAT. There's one plan, and every feature is included.
Is the monthly fee per user or per company?
Per company. The €10 per month covers one company in boreen, however many products it sells. If you manage several companies in boreen, each company has its own subscription.
Which orders does the order fee apply to?
Only paid orders. The 5% is calculated on the total amount of the order. Free orders, such as free tickets or bookings without a payment, have no order fee.
Are payment provider fees included?
No. Payments run through Stripe or Mollie, and their transaction fees are charged separately by the payment provider.
Do I pay more for extra features or more products?
No. Digital tours, online courses, events, gift vouchers, the booking widget and the backoffice are all part of the same plan, however many products you create.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
